Lodging Descriptions
	Inn at the Peak Comfort and luxury are yours at the Inn at the Peak, where old-world charm and modern conveniences exist in perfect harmony.

	Fairways Suites Located adjacent to the lower golf course and offer spacious rooms in a peaceful, natural setting. Adjoining doors provide the option to create two or three bedrooms with a shared great room.

	Condominiums Our privately owned rental condos provide the comforts of home for the ultimate lodging experience. Amenities, decor and furnishings reflect each owner’s unique flare for design. The distinctive selection ranges from studios to five-bedroom units.

	All of our guests enjoy many amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness center and a children’s indoor play center.

Check In/Out Information
	Check-in time is 4 pm for the Inn at the Peak. Check-in time is 5 pm for Fairways & all condominiums. Guest ID cards are required for validation of Guest status. Please pre-register at the Front Desk to obtain ID card prior to golfing. Check-out time is 11 am for all lodging. Shower and locker facilities are available at each Pro Shop. Late charges may apply to those not adhering to check-out times.

Booking Information
	A deposit of $100 per person is due within 2 weeks of booking to confirm reservations. Deposit is non-transferable. New York State sales tax of 7.75% and 5% county occupancy tax will be added to your golf package. Tee times must be booked in advance and guaranteed by major credit card. Tee time cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled time of play. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to relocate your tee times to another course or alternate start time. We will make every effort to contact you in advance should this be the case. Cancellation for unit must be made 7 days in advance to receive deposit refund, less $20 handling fee per unit. No refunds are issued for unused portions of package.
