| Important Reservation Information |
- CHECK IN: 5 pm - CHECK OUT: 11 am
- Registration for all unites is located at the front desk.
- Maximum occupancy is based on individual unit setup.
- Holiday reservations must be for Friday through Sunday nights and prepaid.
- No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and/or credit card authorization of first night's rental, per unit, is received.
- Cancellation must be made 14 days is advance to receive deposit refund, less $30 handling fee per room. Season weekend bookings are a 2 - night stay, Friday & Saturday nights. Holiday weekends require Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
- Rates and packages subject to 7.75% NYS sales tax and 5% county occupancy tax.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Specific room numbers and locations are not guaranteed.
- No pets allowed.
- Safety Deposit boxes available.
- Each additional adult over 18 - add $20.
- Registered paying guests receive complimentary use of the pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, sauna and fitness center (some restrictions apply)
